Hours of Operation

Reservations are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Same day calls can be made: 

Earthworks Transit is closed for the following holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Easter Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

SUPER SAVER SERVICE  Call in advance with guarantee.

Monday to Friday
6:00am to 9:00pm Must call by 5pm, 1 business day before ride.  

Saturday
10:00am to 6:00pm  Must call by 5pm on Friday.

Sunday
8:00am to 3:00pm  Must call by 5pm on Friday.

  1st Child (under age 11 with paid adult) Free
    Each Additional Child $1.00

SAME DAY SERVICE

Call same day of service, space based upon availability with no guarantee.
 Monday to Friday - 6:00am to 9:00pm
Saturday - 10am to 6pm
Sunday - 8am to 3pm

  Elderly & Disabled*  $3.00
  1st Child (under age 11 with paid adult) Free
          Each Additional Child $1.00

ENHANCED SERVICE
Must call by 5pm, 2 days before ride.  Call up to 14 days in advance.
Monday to Friday - 5:00am to 6:00am and 9:00pm to 11:00pm
Saturday - 8am to 10am
  General Public $5.00
  Elderly & Disabled*  $2.50
  1st Child (under age 11 with paid adult) FREE
         Each Additional Child $1.00
     

* Elderly (age 65+) should show proof of age. Disabled riders must be enrolled in our Elderly & Disabled Half-Fare Program for a discounted ride. We will no longer be issuing a "yellow card" since we will be automatically entering you into our system. Please be prepared to show your picture ID to the driver if requested. To enroll in the E&D Program, please contact the City of Newark at (740) 670-7708. Please allow 1 business day for your enrollment to be processed.
